Dropbox Vs Cloud

If I understand correctly, Dropbox allows you to access your files even when you're not connected to the Internet.

I'm pretty sure the Cloud doesn't ;)

    Hi,
    Dropbox is one of the cloud applications. The idea that you have your files on the PC is that when you install dropbox application on your PC, this application will download the files on your pc using synchronisation. The first time might take long time, depends on how much data you have in your account. Then every time you open dropbox from your PC, it will synchronize only your new added files. This makes Dropbox more efficient.
